Shipping Policy

UK Deliveries

We use Royal Mail for deliveries within the UK.
Standard delivery is £3.95 per order. It is not possible to combine orders once you have checked out as we aim to package and ship orders as soon as possible and work through in order. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. If your order value is below £100, it will be dispatched with Royal Mail 1st class delivery. If your order value exceeds £100 it will be dispatched with Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery.
Orders dispatched using Royal Mail's standard delivery are not tracked and can take up to 5 working days to be delivered. They do not require a signature on delivery.
Orders dispatched using Royal Mail's signed for delivery are tracked and will require a signature on delivery. You will be emailed your tracking number on dispatch.
If you have not received your order within 5 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact us on luesque@outlook.com.
We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge. If your order is no longer in stock you are welcome to choose an alternative at the same price point.
If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs.
Large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping costs. These will be discussed with you prior to dispatch.

International Deliveries

We use Royal Mail for international deliveries.
If your order value is below £50, it will be dispatched with Royal Mail international standard delivery. If your order value exceeds £50 it will be dispatched with Royal Mail international tracked delivery, or the equivalent available in the destination country.
Orders dispatched using Royal Mail's standard delivery are not tracked and can take up to 15 working days to be delivered. They do not require a signature on delivery.
Orders dispatched using Royal Mail's signed for delivery are tracked and will require a signature on delivery. You will be emailed your tracking number on dispatch.
If you have not received your order within 15 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact us on luesque@outlook.com.
